. . . she said. Everyone might, but they probably don't wear it like this.
For me, this is all about the creepers, the choppy haircut, and snake print + leopard spots looking mighty fine together.
After snapping her, I couldn't help singing the lyrics to Gossip's 'Dimestore Diamond' in my head. It's a personal favourite so thank you, miss.
PS, the March edition of American Vogue with Lady Gaga on the cover has dropped at most half-decent retailers. I think I rather the feature on Christopher Bailey more than Gaga. They could have least straightened her wig, and had her looking a bit more comfortable in some of the shots.

ReplyDeletelove the snake print
ReplyDeletegreat shot, well cool great to see someone wearing creepers without going for the goth or over-grunged root
ReplyDeleteI'm obsessed with leopard print
ReplyDeleteSHe reminds me of Chrissie Hynde <3

Completely agree about Gaga's shoot, she looks so uncomfortable in some of them, as much as I love her :/
ReplyDeleteStill, delighted I got my hands on it in the end, and same to you!

Kelsey,
ReplyDeleteI had a minor freak out when I realised I had questioned a) Gaga, b) American Vogue, c) Gaga's wig, but I'm glad somebody else feels the same way!
SH,
Thanks for the header appreciation - Jil Sander '96.

Saw her on the Luas a few times and nearly vommed the first time I saw those shoes, please don't tell me creepers are back...
ReplyDeleteAnonymous,
ReplyDeleteI am very glad I wasn't near you on the Luas.
I wouldn't consider them 'back', based on my one photo, of one women's footwear choice. I like them. A lot.
